1. Digital products

Models are delivered as digital files (3MF and GLB). Once payment is completed, access to the file is immediate.

No refunds or returns are offered for digital products that have been downloaded or made accessible, except where required by applicable law.

2. Quality and historical fidelity

• Models are optimized for 3D printing with clean geometry and minimal supports.
• They are crafted to faithfully reflect the proportions and details of historical steam locomotives.
• Previews and images are representative of the delivered file.

3. License of use

• Non‑exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to print and use the models.
• Permitted: personal use, display, printing for your own collection or for a direct client.
• Not permitted without prior authorization: reselling, redistributing, gifting, or publishing the digital files.

4. Responsibility and compatibility

• Print results depend on each printer’s calibration, materials, and settings.
• We provide general guidance but cannot guarantee specific outcomes in every printing environment.
• We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or costs arising from improper use of the files.

5. Security and payments

Payments are processed via secure gateways (e.g., PayPal). We do not store full card data. Transactions may be subject to anti‑fraud checks.
